Serious Luke and his goggles

Luke has discovered goggles and has decided that they must be warn at all times when outside. That is until a couple of days ago when they broke. He was quite upset. I love how serious he looks in this pic. He has no idea how silly he looks or that goggles are really just for swimming.
I love to just sit and look at this picture. He is so handsome. It makes me sad to know that he will not always be my little boy.  But I am sure enjoying him while it lasts. How can you not enjoy that face? Honestly? Ok, I'll stop. You all probably think I am annoying.
Luke with cousin Jack and Grandma Weaver. They go and play in the water until they cant stand being cold anymore and run to Grandma to be warmed, and then do it all over again....and again.....and again. It never ends. And a lot of times they are eating pop sickles at the same time. Silly children.

Dad and Luke

Kevin had just come home from work and was playing with Luke in the back yard before Luke had to go to bed. They were having so much fun together.

Shelby with her Nana

Shelby with her Nana at Uncle Zach and Aunt Dixie's house in Boise. I love this pic. It is such a good one of Mom. Shelby looks a lot like Nana in this pic. I love that, I think it is so cute.
Ok, so I haven't updated my blog in a long time. Not since I joined facebook. But for those of my friends and family who are not on facebook and only do blogs, I will keep this updated as well. Sorry it has been a while.
Well, we are living in Lakewood CO right now. Kevin is working for his dad until he leaves for basic training for the Air Force. We are having lots of fun, but miss everyone in Idaho soooo much.
There are not a whole lot of updates for Luke. He is still himself. He has learned to do summer salts though. He enjoys that.
Shelby is so close to crawling. It is so cute. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth, and stares at her hands like they are supposed to be doing something, but she is not quite sure what it is yet. I'm sure she will be all over the place before we know it.
I am still doing pretty much what I always do, just in a different house. I have started attending a parenting class offered by our ward here. Kevin's parents actually teach the class. They do a good job and it is very interesting because I get to hear all sorts of stories.
Well, that is about it for us for now. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great summer.
